A Bit About Me
I have over 12 years experience providing assessment and therapeutic intervention to children and adults, specializing in childhood trauma, immigration, and culturally responsive care. I am trained in various evidence-based therapies, including TF-CBT, CPP, PCIT, and CPT. I have served in leadership positions for numerous mental health and social service agencies and served as Principle Investigator on various federal grants tasked with providing evidence-based therapies and training to professionals. My experience has lead to being part of various national initiatives, publications, professional presentations, and media appearances. I have served as an expert witness in childhood sexual abuse criminal court, where I have evaluated child victims of sexual abuse and their ability to testify in court due to their traumatic experiences.
